1. Nature of the Service
Vibe Pacenotes is a driving safety reminder and complex-intersection assist app. It can help you notice configured safety reminder areas and complex intersections during a trip, but it does not replace your own observation, judgment, road signs, traffic signals, or legal responsibilities.
2. User Content
You may create reminders, voice text, reminder conditions, and share snapshots in the app. You are responsible for making sure your submitted or shared content is lawful, accurate, not misleading, does not encourage unsafe driving, and that you have the rights needed to submit it.
When you intentionally submit content as a public reminder, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, copy, review, format, publish, distribute, correct, or withdraw that content solely to operate and improve the service. You retain your rights in the original content. After account deletion, content already made public may remain after its contributor association is removed.
3. Sharing and Community Content
Shared links are snapshots captured at creation time. Public share pages show only the necessary reminder summary and do not expose coordinates, full snapshots, credentials, or sensitive fields. User contributions require review before they appear in public reminders or curated collections.
Every user-contributed public reminder delivered through the nearby or region services has an in-app reporting entry; built-in reminders and operator-curated collections are separate read-only sources. You may report content that is inaccurate, outdated, duplicative, unsafe, or objectionable. We review reports and may correct or withdraw content, dismiss unsupported reports, or suspend a user from further public contributions. If in-app reporting is temporarily unavailable, you may also contact us through the Support page.
4. Pro and Subscriptions
Vibe Pacenotes Pro is offered through Apple StoreKit auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple charges your account after purchase confirmation. Unless you turn off auto-renewal before the current period ends, the subscription renews on the selected monthly or annual cycle. You can view the plan, turn off auto-renewal, or cancel at any time in Apple’s subscription management. Purchases, refunds, and renewals are governed by Apple terms; in-app entitlement state follows Apple and server verification results.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unsafe driving, harassment, hate, threats, fraud, or infringement. You may not submit obscene, abusive, false, malicious, spam, or intentionally misleading content; abuse reporting; evade moderation; compromise service security; or use the service as an automated decision tool that replaces your own driving responsibility.
We may reject, correct, or remove violating content and restrict or suspend public-contribution access. Severe, repeated, or safety-critical abuse may result in broader service restrictions. We retain the moderation and safety records necessary to support those actions; account deletion remains available as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and Limits
Location accuracy, device permissions, background execution, network conditions, map data, road conditions, platform limits, and third-party system status may affect reminder availability. We work to improve reliability, but we do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered in every situation.
