Delete your account

Account deletion must be started in the app after identity confirmation. The website does not accept deletion forms and is not the deletion entry point.

In-app path

Open Vibe Pacenotes, go to Account, choose delete account, and confirm. The app sends an authenticated deletion request to the server and clears the current device Keychain session after the server accepts it.

If you cannot access the app, email feedback@vibe-pacenotes.orignosis.com for human support. The email request path does not replace the in-app account deletion entry.

Deletion scope

  • Disable the current anonymous or Apple-linked account.
  • Detach device registry state and revoke current-device notification state.
  • Delete or disable server-backed user reminders.
  • Expire active share links.
  • Retain records required for legal, safety, abuse-prevention, subscription reconciliation, or accounting reasons.
